I have stage three cancer and i can never fall asleep but then i found this video.i listen to it every night when i turn it on i fall asleep like that its so nice i put on my headphones and in two minuts im asleep goodnight.

One summer a few years back when I was around 18, I went to Australia with my brother and some friends, now this is Australia so it was pretty hot every single day. I low key didn’t even want to go, I’ve always been more of a cold weather type person but I went along with them to seem more “normal” I guess, but one day it just started pouring rain, like heavy rain and thunder for close to an hour. I know this isn’t at all safe to do but I walked out to the beach and just sat there in the storm looking out at the ocean by myself, not a single soul was on that beach with me. I remember a few minutes passing and this girl I didn’t know, I had never even seen before, came up and sat right next to me. I remember turning to look at her, she looked like she was around my age, we didn’t speak a single word to each other, not that we could hear anything past the rain hitting the ocean...I have never felt more at peace then I was in those 20-40 minutes I spent out there with this stranger... That memory sort of haunts me...anyways I’m telling you this story whoever you may be reading this comment, to remind you that no matter how weird or different you are, no matter how lonely or how much of an outcast you may feel...you are not alone, there is always someone else out in the same storm with you, even if you can’t see or hear them.

This is incredible. It reminds me of my Father, Joseph, who was a highly decorated officer, navigator, in the Merchant Marine during World War II. He often told me about how rough the seas were in the North Atlantic and Cape Horn - the roughest body of water of all the oceans. You are loved forever, Daddy! This is beautiful and well done! When I feel stressed or annoyed with anything I always turn to videos like these. I’ve always wanted and dreamed of living in nature with beautiful sounds and views , away from drama and the toxicity of my surroundings. I would love to be alone with no pressure and just enjoying my own company and being happy.
