This is so touching. She's got a connection to her son through the man that received his heart, and what's more is the man who received her son's heart is willing to be part of her life. There is no better gift to a mother who had no choice but to bury her child...what an amazing, inspiring and touching story.

I always say organ donation is the most selfless, most beautiful and rewarding act a person can do. Knowing that if a loved one passes, parts of them will help so many to keep going! I’m an organ donor myself. And I can only hope that when my moment comes, I can help as many people as possible to continue their journey with a little bit of me in them. Life is precious. And helping others to live theirs thru organ donation is the most precious gift in the world.

This is the best surprise from the groom to his wife. For me, the very best moment is when she used the stethoscope and tried to listen to her son's heart was the very emotional and incredible part. I know the bride will surely feel that her son is presently attending on her wedding day and it was so amazing.

How terribly special to hear the heart of my child still beating and giving life! That heart, that I built specially for him, but could go on to give life to another woman's child. How I wish that could have happened for me, but my child died of a condition that was too rare and little understood to risk donating organs. May blessings fall in armfulls on those who make the choice to give life in the face of tragedy.
