"You know you are good when you get paid. You know you are GREAT when you get other people paid." Thats a great line dude. Well done.

"You know you're good when you get paid, but you know you're great... when you get other people paid." This quote, and all of your previous videos, is why you're a master at your outros, Jxmy. Leaving the audience not with a definite answer to the question but something to think of as they exit is something you've mastered. It also helps to have some dope music to sign off with. Another great video!

Jordan laughing at Curry's 4 year deal has made my day. How do you come up with this stuff man 😂
  • @vnmudoii
“The Thunder spent about 45 cents on their roster last season and still won more games than the Rockets, Pistons, and Magic.” 😂
  • I cannot tell you, how hard I, as a Knicks fan, started manically laughing when I saw this title.
  • Brodies channel is literally the definition of Quality over Quantity. He doesn’t post every week or day but all his videos are going to pull in 1M plus guaranteed. All his videos are top quality

MJ laughing at Stephs contract was gold 😂
  • This dude is truly masterful with what he does here on YouTube. It’s so weird to get goosebumps at the end of a sports video lol.
  • @HieroCrew420
What’s actually more impressive to me than all the quality research, editing and graphs is the fact that he is still able to come up with great topics for videos for all these years. He could lose his edge like a show going into its 10th season and no one would fault him at all, yet it just doesn’t happen
  • at this point, Steph supermax contract is not just to keep him around (silly for you to think Steph going somewhere outside Warriors) but it is also served as "thank you for your hard work, service, and devotion to this team that whatever money you ask is always affordable for us unless you want to sent us to bankruptcy". Steph deserves it.

That clip of Jordan laughing at Steph was gold 😂

I’ve started watching your videos back in 2019 and throughout the time I’ve always thought „damn these are great videos“. But the quality of your videos continues to improve and i feel like every video sets the bar a bit higher. I just want to thank you for all the effort you’re putting in!
  • This man has been putting together such quality NBA statistics for years that I’m ACTUALLY SURPRISED a franchise in the league has not yet picked him up to break down certain numbers in order to win a chip for that specific franchise
  • Never watched a NBA game live. Not in person, not on TV. Might have something to do with me being Norwegian, but still. And yet, I've been watching Jimmy's videos intently the last 3-4 years. Seeing you grow into an absolute behemoth of an NBA content creator has been pure joy. I hope you one day get picked up by a major network and get to show the world what you got on an even bigger scale. It would be a sad day for us, but a win for the world. I'm proud of you. We're proud of you. Long may it last.
  • This really got me thinking about something I'd love to see you do a video on. The value of certain franchises before and after obtaining certain players. I.E; Bulls PRE Michael Jordan vs Bulls after he played has last game for them in 1998. Same concept for Tim Duncan and the Spurs, Dwayne Wade and the Heat, LeBron and the Cavs and various other franchises after a major dynasty or even just the impact of a single championship and a few good years I.E Bucks before Giannis and Bucks currently. I think it'd be cool to learn these details (Even better to see them on charts)

The thing about the Warriors is how perfectly their contract situations line up for the future. If they want to keep Kuminga, Moody, and Wiseman, they have Klay and Draymond’s deals expiring at exactly the right time to get that done. And who knows, at that point you may be able to bring those two back on significantly cheaper deals as well. They have worked the cap to perfection to set themselves up for a long time.
  • You know, there's a video of Steph still in his rookie years talking about whether he was underpaid or not, and he said something along the lines of "I don't ask for much, I'm blessed and I'm thankful and I know I'm getting what I deserve, I'm happy with that" and that mentality is why he's where he is rn.
  • @MOC_seven
Duncan and Hakeem winning championships with payrolls not even ranked top 15 is really impressive 🤯
  • The analysis, creativity, originality cinematography, and music all put together is crazy. The best quality by any sports YouTuber by far.

Most overlooked thing by owners and GM's is team chemistry/culture. Everyone looks at how a person's stats will counter others, how their defense/3 point shooting will help space the floor or make things hard for the opponent. The great dynasties have culture and a team that's played together for years. Bulls, Spurs, Lakers, GSW. Hell, even take it outside of basketball and look at those years of barcelona with messi, iniesta and xavi. culture wins championships, not pocketbook.
