Hey everyone, sorry I was gone so long! I’m glad to be back. I wanted to say sorry about the audio quality this week, I know it isn't the best. We are working to find a solution ASAP!
  • We need "Dylan's Law" - a law that protects children who voice their opinion that they don't wish to spend time with a parent, who may be abusive. Dylan didn't want to spend time with his Dad. If Dylan would have been allowed freedom of choice not to visit his Dad, he would possibly still be alive!!!
  • @QueenMaxiine
Personal opinion: don’t court order children to spend time with people they’re uncomfortable with; it just seems so obvious 😭

Update if anyone is watching this in October like me and missed Kendall's tweet update: Mark Redwine was sentenced to 48 years in prison, he will be 107 years old when his prison time is over.

This poor child knew. He literally planned to hang out with his buddy at 6:30am. The sad face when he landed too..I just feel like he knew he wasn't safe. Breaks my heart. Rest peacefully sweetheart
  • @ViaCurtis
if the child doesn’t want to see a parent after divorce, there’s probably a reason. it sucks that children aren’t taken seriously just because they’re minors. children in divorce are the biggest piece of the puzzle.
  • so disgusting that the courts can force a child to spend time w a parent they clearly are scared of. and if his mother had kept him home, she would have been arrested. so heartbreaking
  • The fact that he made plans at 6 in the morning, what child do you know that willingly makes plans to get up at 6 something in the morning, that just shows how much he did not want to be in that house The fact that even his lawyer has anger issues
  • @Michelle-qs9oj
Judges who grant these monsters visitation should be held accountable when things like this happen.
  • @tharockstar01
If a child doesn’t want to be around one parent, there is probably a good reason and they shouldn’t be forced to be with that parent.
  • “Dylan WAS the light of my life. He MEANT everything to me.” Talking about his son in the past tense…then mentions how the focus shouldn’t be on him but Dylan.
  • * Case Update: * Mark Redwine was sentenced to 48 years in prison on October 8th. A small justice has been served, though he plans to appeal. “I have trouble remembering a convicted criminal defendant that has shown such an utter lack of remorse for his criminal behavior,” said 6th Judicial District Court Judge Jeffery Wilson, in handing down the maximum penalty.

My father was abusive to my mum and myself and at only age 9 I told the family relationship counsellors and the court that I didn’t want to see my Dad. I was forced to see him every every 2nd weekend because I was a minor who ‘could’ change my mind. It was so traumatic. LISTEN to children.
  • he sounds like chris whatts. “ i don’t want the focus on me” “somebody knows something”
  • @kaiiii479
in Mark’s case, the saying: “you are what you eat” is absolutely true 💩💩💩
  • "I don't want the focus to be on me"yeah because you killed your son 🤬🤬🤬 watching parents give interviews about their missing children when they know full well they murdered them makes me so sick and so angry. The courts failed this child, it could have been prevented had they not forced the visit. I hope it eats at the judge every single day 🤷‍♀️
  • @MrSiBrum
You could tell that the father had something to do with Dylan's disappearance pretty quickly. Not matter the amount of animosity you have with your baby's mom, you wouldn't refuse to speak to them when your son is missing.
  • The family courts forced him to go after he told them he didn't want to and his dad was aggressive towards him. Judges need to be held accountable when they do this to children. Believe the kids and mothers when they have proof showing a history of abuse and violence! This pisses me off because it was preventable. His last text was a sad face to his mother. He knew what was coming
  • The dad was talking in past tense during his interview where he says “Dylan WAS the light of my life and he MEANT everything to me” when he was only missing. Isn’t he still the light of your life if he’s still alive out there but missing? Well seems he knows his son is dead. Edit: then it looks like he was trying to make himself cry in the beginning when he says he meant everything to him and he just couldn’t form tears.
  • There's a 5 year old girl missing out of Tennessee she has been missing since June . There has been little to no updates in her case . I have watched interviews with her mother and father and I truly believe they know more than they wanna say
