When RPM is too high You will get a lot of air trapped inside, submerge the pump in water 1st.
  • “60,000 rpm is scaring me” said the man who tests jet engines in his wooden attic.
  • @Watuelfaku
Your main problem here is that the pump is partially full of air when you turn it on. This creates a lot of bubbles, turbulence, and low and high pressure regions. You could probably get a better kickback if you filled the pump with water completely before you turned it on
  • "I'M THE MACHIIIIIIINE!!!" - someone on a train during a school trip in Russia, probably
  • @Weisz
“Shitty solution from a shit engineer” HEY THAT’S MY JOB TOO!
  • @neatt3815
"im gonna ruin this valve because I'm stupid" we've all been there 😂😂
  • @bradleypowers
@Integza Some ideas to make this a bit more effective: 1: A slower, higher torque motor might actually be appropriate here. If you look at your footage inside the centrifugal pump, you see a lot of bubbles, these are probably due to cavitation, which is robbing you of output pressure. 2: Your impeller appears to be backwards. 3: You probably want your impeller to get closer to the walls of the pump.

Water is not that compressable, however, gasses, are. If you have a pressurized cylinder of gas and discharge it into your sealed reservoir, the liquids will be accelerated out at a high velocity. The nozzles can then be optimized to direct that water. FDM nozzles may be better for the pressure than resin ones. They have more give. Do this before you mill something out of metal.

I have 13 years experience in the RC hobby and when you brought out the "monster" motor, I nearly shat myself and thought, "he is gonna hurt himself". Then you did your first test and I was like, "HOW TF IS IT NOT BLOWING UP?!?" then you charged your battery lol!
  • It only seems to explode when air gets into the system, maybe increase flow or pressure into the inlet of the motor? Maybe put the motor acrylic side up and mount the reservoir directly above it, i think that might be the easiest way to increase intake pressure. Cavitation will prolly still occur at high speed tho so idk 😅

You know had seen a couple of your older videos and i wasn't really sure how much i liked them. But now you're one of my favorite engineering channels the amount of effort you're putting in your videos is really amazing and you have really found your stride man. Congrats
  • @legallyfree2955
You legit could be the first person in history to machine a tomato...
  • @JoelCreates
Now attach it to a camel pack for extreme hydration
  • Petition for integza to combine all his projects to create a machine that squishes tomatoes
  • @MattSpringer4
Future video theme: instead of using liquid fuel or solid fuel, you should use a semi-solid fuel/ slurry like coal-water slurry, which is just a bunch of fine coal particles suspended in water, and is highly combustible.
  • @arty7122
Idea : Try to make an actual combustion piston engine when you learn to cut metal on the CNC
  • my fav cut from this build montage is the perfect angle CG to printer bed, it was amazing! good job!
  • @madhur99
Theme - You can build a multi fuel engine or rocket you can even use combination of different kind of fuel. And launch a 🍅 tomato 😁😁
