  • My hat told me to apologize to the beautiful country of Portugal
  • @TMMplay
Video Idea: In the next video build a steam engine made of ONLY tomato cans.
  • Video idea . You should design a wankel rotary engine powered tomato smasher. Tomatoes are disgusting 😉
  • Clearly just needs more power. Soda stream canister rocket next pls! 😍
  • Hey, some suggestions, use a small gear coming off the wankle's axle and a larger gear on the wheel's axel would be a better transfer of power. Also the exhaust from the motor could be redirected to help push the RC car. Also, reducing the the diameter of the pipe before the CO2 goes into the motor will let the motor run longer and put less stress on it
  • As a paintballer, I have an expansion chamber on my gun to give the co2 room to defrost and a needle valve regulator to control the pressure. So that I don't dump all my gas in one shot.

  • I think the CO 2 cartridge you are using is enough power. What I think you need after the valve is a pressure regulator. The pressure regulator will allow you to throttle the engine, And allow you to preserve psi while cruising but alow For higher psi out put, for climbing hills.
  • Also using an expansion chamber to let the liquid form to a gas fully before being expelled will help a lot with efficiency. Having the cartridge pointing downwards as you have it empties all of the liquid before it has a chance to turn into a usable gas
  • @cnc-maker
Aside from needing a regulator to lower the output pressure, you also need to make sure that the neck of the cartridge is facing upwards. The cartridges are filled with liquid CO2, so you are expelling the liquid and not the gas. Turning them upright will give you more thrust and better control.
  • It looks like there was so much slipping between the crank pulley and the drive pulley 99% of the energy never made it to the wheels. Yes, reduction gearing would help, but so would belt tension.
  • @vtron8580
Add an idler pulley to increase the drive efficiency of transfer energy, also combine it with a stiffer rubber band
  • You’ve got to turn the cartridge spout side up so that you get gas out instead of pressurized liquid CO2
  • I think that even just changing the thin rubber band for something like a gt2 belt would massively improve the performance. And also if you would use some kind of pressure regulation, spreading the CO2 discharge over a longer period of time (just a small hole the gas has to go through could be enough), it would also help
  • I appreciate when youtubers genuinely want to support their sponsors and don't pretend to play raid all day.
  • @Nominale_
Also, seal the engine a bit better, and use a pressure regulator so you don’t waste so much CO2 making it more efficient (and not detonating the gears in the engine) With a pressure regulator you’ll be able to run the larger CO2 canisters without worrying about the pressure blowing up the engine
  • @Damicske
You need a pressure regulator so you can have a constant pressure to the engine.
  • When the valve open and the contraption flew out… Jarvis set the power at 2% moment 🤣
  • Dude I found this channel last night and in less than 24 hrs I’ve learned more about stuff I’ve wanted to try than any other channel 👍
