Now, of course, this list could be quite long and there are probably foods higher in nutrients I could have added. However, I wanted to take into consideration what people have access to as well as what they will eat on the regular basis::))
  • @Jgfvids
Keto diet has changed my life!! I was 500lb 3 weeks ago.. After years of struggling with depression and overeating, I finally made the switch.. I educated myself on diet and nutrition, and started grinding.. Now 3 weeks later, I’ve dropped 47lb, and am down to 452lb already.. Watch this space! 😊💪

  • One of my favorites salads: Arugula Sauerkraut Broccoli sprouts Wild caught salmon Top with olive oil and lemon juice and voila❤ It’s SO GOOD and incredibly healthy. I eat it twice a week 😊 give it a try and let me know what you think 👇🏼
  • @vangothengirl
1.) Sauerkraut 2.) Arugula 3.) Salmon: screen showed Troller point salmon 4.) Cod liver 1/2 can per day or at least cod liver oil: screen showed iCan Icelandic cod liver 5.) Hamburger, organic, grass fed, no buns 6.) Pecans 7.) Extra virgin olive oil: Laudemio is the kind Dr. Berg showed on the screen. It was hard to see because of the lighting, but I found it. Hope this helps, let me know if I forgot any details. The list is in the description with more depth, but not all the brands were mentioned there. Have a great day and long, happy, healthy life 💕

I wished I had this powerful information years ago. It's hard to comprehend that this summary of core truths is so hermetically hidden by a mainstream reality (and being perpetuated at all costs). Especially Dr Berg's clarity on these topics is groundbreaking ❤
  • @OneBigDayOff
I switched to an all natural diet and only drinking water 6 months ago and I’ve lost 40-45 pounds! I’ve been fasting as well with my brothers at work in recognition of Ramadan. I have unlimited access to arugula pecans and EVOO at work and now I’m going to take full advantage of this when I don’t have the day off 😎

The main reason why I have huge respect for you, Dr. Berg, is not just for the clarity of your presentations, but on account of your honesty, modesty and sincerity in being able to admit that you have sometimes changed your opinion in the light of scientific evidence - the mark of a true scientist. Too many modern 'experts' will never admit that their opinions were wide of the mark. The 'knowledge' about saturated fats is a case in point. More scientists and health professionals need to develop the honesty, modesty and sincerity which you possess.
  • I grew up with all these foods as a kid and I thought we’re poor. We ate keto without knowing bc refined stuff was too expensive for us. Now looking back I think the best gift I have for my kids are my genes .
  • @cindyrhodes

  • Thank you so much for sharing this information. I have been watching for 2 weeks and changing my nutrition, and I have already seen improvement in my body. I'm trying to get my husband on board. I was wondering if you could do a video for the best foods for blood pressure. Thank you.

Thanks for all the health advice. Seriously appreciate you stressing food as medicine, instead of following strict diets. Love the body, feed it well and the results always come. God bless
