Am 72 yo ( not grandma yet) fan of yours. About a week ago, we ordered crab cakes in a restaurant, $5 each, (not bad) but not in my taste. I’ve decided to make my own. I followed your recipe step by step, including the aioli sauce. Wow 🤩 thank goodness, it turned out as the best crab cakes we’ve eaten. Thank you and more power to you.

I bought frozen crab cakes and they were expensive and awful. I've never tried making them myself because I thought it would be hard....but every Natasha recipe I've tried has turned out really good, so I gave this one a go. It was easy! I had everything but the parsley and the Old Bay. I used Cajun seasoning and just skipped the parsley. I was having trouble keeping them together so I added a 3rd egg. These are SO delicious !! This is a keeper 😁 Thank you Natasha!
  • I just tried this recipe with the sauce. It got a 10/10 rating from everyone. The best crab cake recipe. Thanks for sharing! 👍 More power to you and your channel! 🙏

I LOVE that trick to getting the parsley off the stems through the box grater!!!! Also, these crab cakes look absolutely delicious, it's one of my favorite things ever! YUM! Can't wait to try this at home!
  • Natasha, I'm a retired chef over 28 years and we love your channel. You make cooking fun and exciting. Blessings to you. Mike

I do not get how ANYONE could dislike one of Natasha’s recipes. She is the best YouTube cooking channel I’ve ever seen! Edit: And someone disliked it before it even started SMH Second edit: 😮 11 likes, that’s the most I’ve ever had for a comment. Thx

I made these today. I didn't add the panko until the end and the crab mixture was a little runny. But I remedied that by shaping them on wax paper and sprinkled some panko bread crumbs on top. It fried nice and crispy on both sides and went well with the lemon aioli sauce. Everything was a hit! Thank you! (That's what I get for fast forwarding through videos and skipping steps!)

Cooked these tonight. This is an excellent recipe and I agree they’re much better than any crab cake I’ve had in a restaurant. You knocked it out the park. Made a few changes. I added green onions to the sautéed veggies, and used a large onion just cause I love more onion. I didn’t use old bay, i just used about 3/4 a cap full of concentrated liquid crab boil. I skipped the worschesire sauce and added a little more panko crumbs over the 1/2 cup called for. The aioli was the perfect compliment to the cakes. Excellent recipe!
