  • I can't even begin to describe how truly phenomenal you are!! I've been wanting to post a comment since I started following you in March. You have helped me tremendously with teaching online. You have the most wonderful rapport with your audience, your videos are incredibly well made AND helpful. You have a real gift obviously as a teacher, and then, relaying that to those of us in education through your videos. I'm very grateful for what you have done to help us, educators. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!

When grading/end of marking period anxiety wakes you up and you find this gem in your notifications! 🙌🏾🙏🏾 Thank you for sharing your talents! Happy Holidays to you and the Mister!

Teachers are going to be ZOOMING through grades and not feel so overwhelmed! Awesome! 💨🏃‍♀️
  • This teacher is a rock star and has helped me so much this year with my virtual academy! It's tough being so isolated and she really helps! Thank you!!
  • Thank you so much! You took me to places in GC I have completely ignored for months. I look forward to trying out the grading tips.

I am now using Google Classroom for remote learning and needed some tips & tricks on grading! Thank you so much for this tutorial, Mrs. Michelle Emerson! Super helpful! 👍🏾🤯

For me: the review and rubric will be "game changers"; thank you so much.

Im a college student studying to be a math teacher and wow! I am so amazed! Definitely going to use these tips when I become a teacher!
  • omg thank you so much!!!!! I did online teaching years ago in homeschooling but things have changed so much. I am retired and a supply teacher now and just got a six week assignment. Having never used google classroom or google meets the last two weeks have been long and tiring...... thank goodness my grade fours are very helpful and they even present their screens to show me what they see on their end. Today is Ketchup day for me! So learning about the rubric creating and the review button will definitely help. I wish I had seen your google form video the other day. I did manage to create my own and actually had my students upload their work, which their regular teacher thought they might not be able to do. Thanks again
  • Thank you for EVERYTHING! You have taught me SO much since March 2020, and I truly appreciate all of the hard work and effort you put into education. Keep doing what you are doing because you are an incredible educator!
  • @Andinwyo
Great ideas as always- smoother grading is what we all need . 💕 Thank you
  • @jrebj00
I never noticed in the review area that you can select by class. LIFE CHANGING. Wow! Now I can literally grade one class at a time and not have to flip back and forth. :D
  • @Erin_C1010
Thank you thank you thank you! You are so incredibly busy yet you continue to put out such useful information for us. I appreciate you SO much!!

Thank you so much for another great How To video! I have also been following you since last spring and have found a lot of valuable tips. The Rubric explanation was especially helpful. I hadn't wanted to tackle that part of Google Classroom because I thought it would involve too many lost brain cells, but you made it truly accessible! Thank you.
  • @kimwoods7131
Perfect timing and perfect explanation!! Thanks so much!!
  • @lynnmorgan5327
Thank you! As a co-curricular teacher, I assess and keep records for two elementary schools. In this time of Covid/Hybrid learning, any tips and tricks to shave off time are extremely helpful. (I have 600 kiddos, if something takes me a half minute longer for each, that's 5 hours!) I really appreciate your sharing your knowledge and experience!
  • Your videos are so amazing and helpful! Thank you for giving great tips and motivation to teachers during this difficult time of distance learning!
  • @norinenagle6730
Thanks for these tips - especially the rubric tips - I have been using a separate rubric doc and HATE the juggling needed.
  • Thank you for this video! Started using Google Classroom this week to help with all the virtual assignments. I am a first year teacher, so I feel like I am always doing something wrong and have been struggling with grading google slide assignments. This was so helpful!
