To receive a bag with scratches on such a "visible place" of a bag is very disappointing, and definitely a reason for returning the bag. Also, if one makes attempts to fix the problem, for example with some sort of leather treatment cream, and one doesn't succeed, then one has altered the bag so it's not returnable... 🤔 The issue with the flap not lining up perfectly, as I said before, I think you can solve yourself by working a little bit with the leather while the bag is open (to not cause any issues with the lock...), sort of push up the side of the flap that dips down while you hold the other side sturdy... ☺️ Those older bags that you show at the end are so CLASSY , absolutely beautiful ! 💕🤗💕

Very cute bag! I went through an exploration of red lipsticks from MAC a few years ago. I'm not good at bolder colors. Of course I had to try the Ruby Woo and Russian Red, but for me the red tones that are brick or chili tones work a little better. I still gravitate to pinks and berries for everyday. TFS
