"The system failed." If by "system" she means "his parents," then I agree wholeheartedly.

No the system didn’t fail him he failed himself. You can’t repeatedly commit violent crimes and expect to go free! And attack a Judge for doing her job!! Totally unacceptable!!

To the sister of the attacker I know you love your brother but please stop making excuses for your brother! He knew what he was doing because when the judge allowed him to speak, he didn’t sound like he was off his psych meds. He was calm but when the judge didn’t buy what he was saying, he got angry and wrongfully attacked her. Bottom line

His family enabled this type of behavior and honestly I'm not sorry for them. They used his "mental illness" as an excuse. Mental illness is NOT an excuse for violent crimes or attacking others. That is a choice.

The mother and sister are part of the problem.

If a word is going to trigger him to attack, then he doesn't need to be in the public.
  • He knew EXACTLY what he was doing. Using mental health issues is a cop out. He must be held accountable. Point blank.

“The system failed him” What does the “system” have to do with him having multiple domestic abuse and violent felonies in his past? I guess it’s all about his “mental state” and screw the victims of his violence?

2 years for attacking a judge but they’ll put someone away for a decade for a non-violent drug crime

Being born on crack gives you super powers! He was flyin' at the judge! 💃

I’ve felt like the system was against me, BUT I never felt like I was crash bandicoot at the same time

If he is that triggered, if he needs that much mental help that he cannot live in civil society without putting his hands on someone, then all that proves is that he needs to be behind bars that is the only place for him. Freedom is a privilege, and if he didn’t want to take his medication to keep his freedom, then he really needs to be behind bars. His family failed him.

I can see the pain the family is going through. But anyone that unstable can't be released.

I understand he might have mental illness but he is Not the victim here
  • I understand a family wanting to help someone, however you aren't helping them if you make excuses..do what you can to help them and get them the meds they need or they should have to pay for their crimes. They didn't just pick him up for no reason. Why was he in court in the first place.
