Kinda comforting knowing so many of us are sleeping to the same sound tonight
  • I’m feeling a bit sad and lonely as of late, reading this comment section genuinely made me cry. Knowing that there are so many kind people across the world who try to brighten up a strangers day honestly gives me hope for the future of this world. Thankyou.
  • When I was a child, whenever it rained my mum would wake my brother, sister and me up (my dad worked night),turn off all the lights and turn the sofa to face the windows. We would all sit there with hot chocolate and listen to the storm while waiting to see the lightning, we lived on a hill and could see for miles. We all grew up to absolutely love thunderstorms and do similar things with our children. I found out recently that my mum hated them and was terrified but by waking us up and pretending she loved them she found she could cope.
  • Whoever out there is reading this, just know you are loved. No matter what you’re going through, depression, anxiety, or just listening to relaxing music, you are amazing. You are worth more then anything else.

I would just love to sit at the edge of that pier in a meditative position and just take in those awesome sights and sounds of mother nature! It reminds me of a time many years ago when my family rented a shore house in Brigantine, NJ. We were out on the beach when the skies started getting overcast, and then it started raining. I was leaning up against one of those tall, wooden lifeguard chairs, beach towel draped around my shoulders, just listening to, feeling and watching the rain fall all around me. Combine that with the sight and sound of the crashing waves, and it was one of those awesome moments of communing with mother nature that I didn't want to end! I would've been happy as a clam if it lasted forever!

My daughter was born in 99. Before we went home, the hospital gave us a CD of classical white noise music to help us both with sleep. That was the beginning of obtaining the tools to beat insomnia. I use different varieties of white noise to calm my mind for sleep. Its been better than any medication tried over the years. Now I do the same to help with pain, migraines, anxiety or meditation. This particular one throws me into a coma. As does rain with Indian pipe music. Truly a great joy to fall asleep to natural sounds that are a gift we too often take for granted. <3

My husband and I both sleep to this whether we're in the same bed or separated for months due to work. It puts us to sleep immediately, and we swear it puts us in a deep sleep trance! I love to sync it to my Bluetooth speakers and have the sound surround me. Thank you for making this lovely piece of "music."
