Just wrapped up another day of work. 15 hr shift. I only get sundays off and so I’m looking forward to spending it with the wife. I miss her. We just got married too. After 10 long years , we finally decided to settle. Actually, she’s always been ready to settle... it took me a little longer to realize that i can’t see myself with anyone else. Anyways, listening to this as i wrap up my day. Hope everyone is in a good place

I just had one of the worst days a young husband can have. My 8 week pregnant wife just had surgery to remove an ectopic pregnancy that was threatening her life. She’s fine, but I have to wake up every three hours to give her pain meds. I love her so much and I had no idea how close I was to losing her. And we still lost the pregnancy. We’re young, we’ve only been married a year and a half, and im so exhausted I’m afraid I won’t wake up at 2 am and 5 am to give her her pain meds. It’s currently just after midnight and we just got home from a day at the hospital. I clicked on this video I had saved a while ago to remember the peace of jazz. I suffer from chronic pain from scoliosis surgery, and emotional pain from the death of my sweet mom and this music and the people on here are always so nice and it helps my pain! Thank you so much for that! I truly appreciate all of you! I don’t feel so alone! Blessings from my home and family to yours! relax. it’s been a long day. lay down on your bed and sink into in like sand, let it fill you with warmth. cover yourself with your big comfy blanket. let it evaporate the stress and coldness of your body. let the car horns or excess noise drift away as you enter another reality. this reality is different. in this reality there is nothing wrong with the earth. no scary wars, perfect weather, no illness, famine, floods, nothing. just you, the jazz, the stars, and the warmth of your bed. lets the smooth piano slide into your ear. let in dance in your head. let it take over. let the jazz take over

Am I the only one here listening to this while not going to sleep? It’s 6pm and I’m just taking a break, it’s been a tough day.. even tho you don’t always feel like it, there are plenty of reasons you can be happy for where you are at in life. How about simply enjoying the nice drink your holding in your glass? The comfy spot you’re laying in, your strong body that carries your wonderful soul and the people around you that will always listen and care - no matter what. Not to forget mother nature out there that provides you with all you need.. man life’s good

Keeping this on in the background while I do simple bed time routine tasks before bed and early morning routines helps keep my anxiety low♡

I have insomnia at 16 and its ruining my grades and mental health and it made me even hallucinate which was one of the most terrifying things ever for me. and this helps me sleep every time. i used to listen to ASMR but then it started to make me anxious for some reason but this is just amazing thank you sm!!!! I’m a HUGE jazz lover so this is just perfect for me. Good sleep+ jazz literally heaven for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH I ADORE THIS❤️

When I broke up with my ex husband and couldn't sleep my son suggested me this video that he loved listening to... 4 yrs in and I listen to this EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!! Thanks to my son and you guys for making such a relaxing and enjoyable music❤
