My uncle (NotLDS) worked for Pat Brokaw in Southern California years ago. Pat is Tom’s brother, and he’s a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It would have been cool for Tom to mention that!

I loved President Hinckley. He was so great in interviews. He always held his own with journalists.

Somehow the word "redound" being topped by the word "abstemious" cracked me up.

President Hinckley handled this interview well. To me, this was zion being interviewed by Babylon.

Tom's questions were pretty good ... pretty gentle, but they all contained an aire of naivety.
