Joy

This is funny... my prayer today was about the extremes of the Most High God and how it can blow our minds if we think about. He's humble, yet sovereign. He's simple, yet so majestic. He created penguins and apple trees, a small butterfly and a star bigger as a sun; he created a seahorse and a wale and both of them live in the same enviroment! Hes THE CREATOR of all, yet came in flesh just to save us from damnation! I feel joy in trusting Him, even though I miss sometimes and think about following my own plans and then He comes and say: this is not the best way. Seems difficult nowadays to sit and be still while everybody is so dopamine addicted. Have joy in invisible things while everybody wants something to touch and feel. Be isolated feels bad at times but it goes away soon as I realize the wilderness is a just a season. Jesus is with us!

I’m not sure if I have joy but recently I gave up my addiction to weed and porn and returned back to Christ after I fell away. I feel at peace knowing that God drew me back to Him :)

I have given up pursuing my nursing degree for now as I felt the lord calling me to care and spend more time with my children and caring for my home. I’ve felt a new sense of understanding and connection with my littles ones now that I’m not rushing or splitting my time to study or do clinical. I have found joy in being a mother again. TYJ!

I've been thinking about this so much. Do you think Daniel had joy in the lions den? The three boys in the fire? Jesus on the cross? The answer YES! BECAUSE IF THEY DIDNT THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT WILLINGLY INTO THOSE SITUATIONS! But to the world it didn't look like joy, but the world doesn't know what the joy of the LORD looks like, but the world seen the fruits of that joy when they walked out the other side of the den, the fire, the grave! Praise God and amen!

I love this verse so much, its perfect describes my salvation experience in high school. God is the ultimate treasure, the only one who changes us completely with his love.

It is so unbelievably evident the Lord is working through you guys. the fact that you are both here or youtube is an incredible blessing for many such as myself. Youtube can easily be a distraction, when your videos come up on my homepage I feel the spiritual battle and my flesh wanting anything else. I am NEVER regretting clicking on your videos, and learning more about christ. Keep doing your thing guys because we need people on the internet like you guys. I think my joy is around the corner I need to stay off of drugs and not worry about what man say about me because god and I both know the truth and that’s all that truly matters.

I'm 15, the first time I found Jesus no one told me about Him nor some big miracle made me believe, but it all came down to curiosity. Ever since I was a kid I found Jesus interesting, but I wanted to gather more info of what He can do. Back then I followed Him out of fear that I'll go to hell but then I backslid. He found me again, but this time with the approach of love, that's one true joy I've never felt before. I find myself so grateful for everything and crediting Him, not myself. I once got so drunk in the spirit that I asked God to test me like He did with Job or Abraham, that is one risky prayer but bold to ask for. But I don't regret asking for it, I'm willing to go all in. <3

Recently I found this channel on hopes of finding answer's about joy, and a few days later this video appears! I love what you guys do and I hope it continues for years to come. Praise the Lord!

Well GOD told me yesterday that HIS Completed Joy would find me. And HE did JESUS THE CHRIST. I have given up my Selfishness and security in vengeance...I know that sounds horrible but I have been a horrible human. But I THANK GOD FOR HIS GRACE AND MERCY THAT FOUND ME. Amen, thank you guys and thank God for using you to share this powerful message! It’s so important to have our joy and treasure in Christ, because He is the only one who can truly bring us peace and salvation!

I don’t think that I have joy like everyday and every time because worldly things and words are still in my life. But I’m so grateful that God helps me to realise it and helping to work on it. Anyway there are moments when I feel his presence and that joy that even goes through my body. I’m praying that one day will come and I’ll be fully present with all my body and my soul for our God because he deserves everything. I’m so grateful to have him in my life. Thank you so much for your video and helping us to think about this because it’s really important to understand the difference between happiness and joy; and give up on things that we are used to or even love for something bigger and real for eternity with God.

We all are on one accord here and it is intentional. Joy is wonderful and to know that our citizenship is in Heaven with The Father is so peaceful. Pastor Alex poured spiritually as The Father has so enriched him to. What I’ve given up is the yearning to have more than even I know I need. The things that I lost (in the flooding of my dwelling) I do not want to replace. It is more comfortable not owning so much, and I see clearer the plans that Abba has for me.
