  • Can we talk about Rogue’s voice actress and how her cry felt like my heart got thrown into a blender
  • Nightcrawler telling Rogue she didn’t cause Magneto or Gambit to die but caused them to live actually made me cry. The writing for this show is just too damn good. It’s like how I felt like with Andor as a Star Wars fan, like it was almost too good to be true.
  • @ThePonderer
“Look what happens when we don’t hide. When we shove it in their face.” That line hit me the hardest.
  • @tkm1875
I think people forget Rogue was a villain at one point and raised by Mystique. She has the potential to go rogue, pun intended, lol. Also, Nightcrawler is Rogue's brother. Nightcrawler is Mystique's biological son and Rogue is Mystique's adopted daughter.
  • The emotional moments with Rouge hit hard and that ending with our new main villain has me HYPED FOR THE 3-PART FINALE ARC! "Tolerance is Extinction" is name for the next 3-episodes. I'm so READY!
  • Anger is one of the stages of grief and the one Rogue isn't willing to get past presently.
  • @edhyh1
Man what an episode The suffering of Rogue hit me hard since she's my favorite X girl And showcasing part of Mexico's (my country)culture was incredible! This series is getting better with every episode
  • @Brook11223
Also we see a connection to the larger Marvel animated universe with Stark Industries, Hammer Industries and Roxxon Corporation.

Man you NAILED it with that Tulsa reference!!!!! This is exactly the event that they're trying to mirror. GREAT catch! ❤
  • @jonh1899
That dive kick from X-Men vs Street Fighter is my favorite easter egg.
  • Rogue has gone Rogue!!! An emotional excellent episode. It hit hard to see Gambit’s funeral and Rogue’s anger.
  • @bigd4998
Rogue’s wrath!! Operation Zero Tolerance(OZT) in effect!! Can’t wait for the 3 parter!!
  • @bigd4998
Bring tissues as the showrunner the next episode will be even more emotional than episode 5
  • @Bigran36
Rogue finally breaking down over Remy got to me…and when the X-men all showed up there to comfort her, I damn near broke down. Zero Tolerance is here! Bastion and Prime Sentinels, NIMROD..the writing for this show is spectacular, with the way they can combine all the X-men stories and tie-ins and make it all run smoothly! And OMG Did Rogue just do the Thundercats Panthro kick (from the opening) on that tank? I love the little homages to past classic cartoons!
  • Captain America being here sets up Avengers vs X-Men in the future
  • @joshuagrover795
Bastion (hybrid of a human and Nimrod, (body) and Master Mould, (mind), the mysterious figure with Magneto at the end, is the perfect psychopath teaming up with a sociopathic Sinister, a diabolical duo of genius minds.

I liked how these past two episodes have talked about assimilation and tolerance. We examine assimilation from the perspectives of the oppressors (Shi’Ar) and the oppressed (Storm and Forge) only for Xavier to criticize the very idea of making others less so you could be more. Then in this episode we see the X-Men question the very notion of tolerance if it means they have to beg to be seen as people. Scott even talks about Magneto being right about things like the Genosha attack. We’re seeing more signs of the “Cyclops is Right” Scott coming out……and I’m here for it 😏. Rogue going on a rampage was soooo good and we get more examples of Captain America (or other Avengers) being irritating obstacles at best or flat out antagonists at worst in X-Men stories. It’s really a tale of two cities when you see the Avengers in X-Men stories versus their own 😂. It was great seeing Emma get her diamond form secondary mutation just like after the Genosha attack in the comics. Hopefully they do Emma well. Really like that character. Also the voice cast continues to knock it out of the park. Theo James kills it as Bastion.

Point of order: If ANY of the X-Men try to give Rogue crap for dropping Trask, she should point out the VERY obvious. Morph. Jean. Kurt. All three of them would've been more than capable of saving Trask. They didn't. Yes, Kurt calls her out on it, but he could've BAMF'ed over there and stopped Trask from falling. Morph could have zipped out there as Quicksilver and caught him. Jean lifts a building. They let Trask die because deep down, they agree with Rogue letting him drop.

Spiderman from the 90s will inevitably appear now that Captain America has appeared and the Hulk has been mentioned. I'm positive Spiderman 98 is on its way after the success of X-Men 97.
