In one episode we got the deadly tag team of Nightcrawler and Wolverine, the Summers Family fighting a horde of Prime Sentinels, Bastion’s on screen debut as one of the the biggest and most formidable villains in Marvel history, Magneto proving again why he’s one of the most OP characters in comics history, and Charles Xavier ending the episode with “To me, my X-men”. AND THIS IS JUST PART ONE!!! I don’t know if we can handle parts 2 and 3.

After watching this episode, this war is more than a war between Humans & Mutants, this war now became a MARVEL war.

This episode had it all. Great action, great performances, great animation, great writing, great music, great cameos, and great Easter Eggs. I said the word "great" way too much in this comment, but that's just how the episode was. This show is incredible!

Family is a choice. When Nightcrawler said this he summarized what the X-Men is all about. They are more than a team. They are a family not by blood but by choice.

The cameos galor with Doctor Doom, Zemo, Madam Hydra Spiderman TAS, Silver Samurai, Omega Red, Polaris so good. You had again connection to One Mans Worth with conmecting Bastions origin with him being a fusion of Master Mold and Nimrod.

Cyclops blue Porsche is a nod to X-Men 2 when Wolverine steals it.

I loved how they matched Magneto's camp tattoo to how it's shown in the live action movies. Same number, same style, same location. Also, Beast's map showing a lot of activity in NW Australia gave me a chuckle. Unless there are some major changes in their version of Earth, that's a lot of converted humans chilling out in the middle of nowhere.
