I rewatch this every few months whenever life starts to feel like it's too much for me to handle. It reminds me that I don't really want to disappear, even when I feel like I do.

Hello I was friends with Lakesha Levy. We were in the Air Force together and were classmates in medical laboratory training in Texas. She had a husband and a son whom she talked about all the time! She was later stationed in Oklahoma. Thanks for being brief and respectful of her memory.

I may be nine years late , but this episode has really impacted me to be honest , the ideas shown made me consider things i could have never even thought of on my own Its hard to describe

This made me think of something kinda crazy. Back in 2020 my parents got divorced and my entire family basically fell apart. In the middle of it happening, a few of my immediate relatives, including me, all completely cut ties with the family because of them being terrible people. We all moved far away and never spoke to them again. I'm thinking about how eerie it must have been to them, one minute you're dealing with a shake in the family because of divorce, the next minute, 5 of your relatives almost phase from existence. Ive already check with everyone, nobody mentioned to anyone what our plans were. It's been 3 years.

The person who died left the TV running for 3 years. That's one big bill.

It's a dream of mine to disappear without a trace, but I'm also terrified of disappearing without a trace. There's two different meanings.

It's always absolutely heartbreaking to me, how people can die and no one ever notices they're gone. Like, I know some people intentionally isolate themselves from society and other people, but I have a feeling most just sort of wind up like that, as people fade out of their life and aren't replaced by new ones. Makes me feel like society should have some kind of safety net in place, to ensure that no one is ever truly alone who doesn't want to be 😭

Imagine walking home in the middle of the night then you hear: "hey Vsauce Michael here, how do people dissapear" from the bushes

Imagine being told your child is alive but in a coma, knowing that the other girl is dead and they had a funeral service for her, then when the girl you think is your child wakes up and says she is actually the other girl. How awful it must be realizing that they had the funeral for the wrong person and buried your daughter and you didn't even know it was her. I feel so bad for her parents.
