Never forget that your lost your job for refusing to take something that they knew wasn't going to work. Even worse you took something that they knew wasn't going to work just to keep your job. At best you're going to get the thing it was supposed to prevent. And at worst you are going to get serious side effects.

Not saying it’s the entire problem, but it would be refreshing if the government were honest enough to tell us how many teachers they lost due to vaccine mandates.

I can't speak for Australia, but if we are talking about America, I'd say that the best possible thing for teachers here, would be to stop hiring "pee-doze" & teachers that are repeatedly attempting to sexualize children as young as pre-school. Then they'd stop getting arrested, or whatever, & there wouldn't be a shortage.
