I have to uplift myself everyday. It is difficult when I’ve had chronic disease my whole life. But narcissistic abuse causes autoimmune disease. I love everyone unconditionally. Many days the pain prevents proper sleep and then the attacks are more obvious. I’ve had many astral projecting at night to affect my energy. I was told dark practitioners have been doing death projections my whole life due to my destiny, my light. They tried to recruit me but my self love has helped break down the corruption.
