Carne Asada Quesadillas | Tender, Juicy, Bursting with Flavor

Living in Guatemala for 2 years, I grew to love Carne Asada - Especially from the street vendors. This delicious Carne Asada is perfect for tacos, rice bowls, salads and of course, QUESADILLAS!

Marinade:
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Orange (zest and juice)
- 3-4 limes (zest of 1 and all juice)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano

For overnight marinade:
Same as above except: Use 2-3 Oranges and only 1 lime.
