I am the recipient of a transplant from a generous donor, a total stranger a quarter way around the world. At 22 years old she gave of herself so that I could have a second lease on life. A perfect match has given me over six years remission. I thank her more than weekly on WhatsApp and she and her husband have taken vacation to spend ten days with us in Arkansas.
