I feel like a LITTLE bit of sculk around the base of the Warden statue would be a welcome addition, as long as it doesn't get out of control again. It really put the whole thing together.

If you want to make the torches at spawn look as inconspicuous as possible you can hide them in the ground and cover them with moss carpets

honestly i think the spawn looked fine and really represented the server being called "THE OUTCASTS" because it is somethign different and sort of abstract.
