I hate this modern practice from AAA companies, when my activation acc got reset an lost access too my games no matter what I said nothing could get me through to a person. Want to talk to activation support instantly? "Im having trouble spending my CoD points" Instantly through too a real person in live chat. Its disgusting.

Something weird is going on. I bought the Cayde 06 funk pop from the Bungie store and when I finally got the my serious face emblem which is exclusive to the Cayde 06 pop, i got a wishing well emblem code instead. Which was the same code from the email when i bought it. So now i am trying to reach out to customer service to get it resolved. Not like I can just purchase another one because they're no longer selling it. So i am kind of pissed and hope I can reach Bungie to get it fixed.

If i remember correctly, bugged/dupped emblem codes like that can get you banned if you redeem them, or the very least get the emblem removed from your inventory. Wonder if this would happen due to the sheer amount of codes

Yeah the support is trash lol, i had an issue with a code not loading and tried contacting support 3 different time, got an automated response each time telling me i have to wait a few days to receive my code, which i had gotten it weeks ago, every time i would reply it would be the same response. Still never got it taken care of lol.
