Fantastic structure to this ending. One of the best film endings I've had the privilege of seeing in a long time

a 23 year sentence is an insult, toward the 82 women that stepped forward to confront the issue

this scene is very well done, though; everyone's eyes scanning the page, with the light reflected back in their glasses, imitates the victims'/survivors' reflections on their stories of what happened to them, how they are still processing it to this day, the trauma. It also imitates the silence they had endured all those years, too afraid to speak up, speak out, or REACH out. to ANYONE. these are the brave souls that aided them in doing so, and influenced/changed countless women's/people's lives by doing so.
  • Why do I want to shower after seeing all those names listed & knowing there are many more they didn't show us.

It's a bit far fetched in my opinion, considering neither Millennials nor Gen Z can read.
