I needed this today more than you know. ā¤. My life has just changed overnight completely. I need to adapt massively and most importantly I need to let go of what I thought my life was going to be. I need to accept these new changes and embrace them. Thank you for your wisdom.

I admire how simple your life seems. I have a couple of children with a rare disease and special needs. It seems like we are at the doctor or therapy far too much. I'm starting to try to simplify in the areas I can and try to also wrap my mind around how I can build in more slow living. I started by playing outside and bird watching in the yard yesterday for an hour with my kids. Now I'm flattened from a long day of doctors. I'm watching for more tips.
