Attorney Bederow discusses Karen Read hearing 7/22/2024

I am an old retired cop, I am usually on the side of the State, after an accident put me on the disabled list, Workers Comp sent me to college to be a paralegal, so I have a legal background as well. This case is unusual for me, I watched the entire trial and there is no way I can support the State, it was poor police work, lazy officers on the Canton PD, corrupt officers on the State Police side. The prosecutor is narrow minded and not much of an attorney in my opinion. Indeed Free Karen Read!

Bev is so punitive, she wanted to force Karen to pay for AJs time, to fly from Calif, for a 5 min hearing @ their calendars. What a crock.

The KR case is a microcosm of what is happening in the country. People have had enough.

People get into such wild speculation . Mark is an anchor of reality.

The more testimony I watch the sicker I feel. The fact that 8 or 9 jurors were ready to convict on one of the lesser charges ?!?!Proctors testimony alone I couldn’t vote guilty of anything 😵‍💫

The most annoying thing about it? Lally's gross legal pad paper shuffling noise right into his microphone. How that dope almost got a guilty on anything is beyond me.

Why are they going to try to get Karen Read on a DUI charge and they were all drinking and driving and no one got pulled over?

As difficult as it’s been ( putting it mildly) for Karen. This support system of the FKR movement has made some life changing friendships.Watching the 3 of you gentlemen makes my heart happy …thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued coverage💗🤟🏼

I was sued as a police officer on a frivolous lawsuit, which was dismissed by the other party as soon as the other party's attorney received the several thousand pages of all my reports and had the opportunity to read everything. Just the amount of work my attorney had to do to get everything together and file some response paperwork costs $70,000. My lawsuit was over within a matter of three or four months. FYI, police officers get sued frequently, so it's important to dot all your I's and cross all your t's. That is what is so crazy about LE in the Karen Read case. It seems NO ONE dotted any I's or crossed any t's. I can only image what Karen Read's attorney's fees are. It has to be at least a million as we speak. As far as financially speaking, the Commonwealth has her over a barrel and she has to pay the money to attorneys in order to defend herself.

Bev is a laughing stock. The new attorney will talk to his peers and call her out as a joke when he is through. With all his experience and court times, this is not a professional judge. That begs to ask, who is behind her in the dark shadows that supports her judgeship?

I have a feeling that these shenanigans going on in Massachusetts are far larger than any of us understand at this point...... I'm praying that the feds can clean up some of the messes that those in power are making 😐
