My cousin just finished college to be a art therapist. Therapy for kids through art. She loves it. It combines her artistic side and her side of wanting to help heal kids.

And FYI, Hallie might even look into being an artistic design for tattoos. It is difficult to find beautiful designs that can be created on two body art. And it is a very big field.

You should definitely try an international grocery store or a Hispanic market/grocery store and they typically have green tomatoes even during off season since it’s used for salsa often!

Hallie, good for you to be thinking about how you can have your own career. My friend has a salon and also does weddings on the weekends when she wants to. Very important to be independent financially.

I always thought Halie was going to be a counselor, I’m studying that and my teacher told me it is like cutting someone’s hair except the client is the one working. But cosmetology is a really good one where you can learn a lot of skills

Great idea Hallie! Learning a trade and there will always be demand for hairdressers, whether in Beauty Salons or/and becoming an 'independent'. You can also cut/do hair such as color, at people's homes, for weddings or when a whole family needs haircuts and, the elderly that can't or don't want go to Salons... Learning your trade and perfecting it along the years to come. The Fashion industry always need hairdressers and makeup-up artists. That's also a venue.. To have a goal you are passionate about and devoted to can only bring success!

That “BIG pot” is what they use for boils like crawfish, seafood etc. They have one big outside burner that you use to cook it on.

I feel you on the prices being wrong thing. You have to price check every item now because all the tags are wrong with the food inflation cost. I had to stop shopping at one store because there were no tags or price scanners and the employees were very rude about price checking. I can't afford a mystery total at checkout. It's Crazy!!

Its great that Hallie is thinking about investing in her future. Cosmetology is an awesome career. It also intertwines with the modeling path she was on. I am sure she will decide what is right for her. And as for the pan, bring it up every time she threw it away. She could recycle metal and save the environment too. I hope the pass ports, and everything needed makes it on time.

I resently went to Walmart and seen a teenage girl switching the prices around on the shelfs. I did tell the pharmacist since it was in their section and they said teenagers are always doing that.

Regarding present giving, I feel like a lot of both yours and Shelley’s kids always choose to give soda, chips and candy as a present 😂 I love adding a favourite treat but getting an item that reminds me of them or that I know they’ll love too!!

Hey guys!!! All tomatoes are green first,they are unripened tomatoes,I fry mine in bacon grease after coating them with seasoned flour,they become golden brown and a tad crispy ,enjoy!!!

My grandma has Dementia now but she used to make the BEST fried green tomatoes🥹💚 I loved watching her as a kid, she would give me my own flour and seasonings to play in with some cookie cutters while she cooked. Great memories 🫶🏻 Fried Green Tomatoes is also a movie!

Have you ever thought of floristry. You get to use your creativity and every arrangement is different. It is a wonderful skill to have throughout your life. I trained as one in the 1980's and it is something i continue to use to this day. I have done weddings arrangements for homes, parties, funerals plus many more occasions. It is a very cathartic occupation. You get to work with colour and shape. Plus flowers make people smile.
