Of course the city is hiding financial records or they need extra time to cook the books. If the people of Chicago really saw where the millions of there tax payer money went in regard to the migrant crisis, they would not be happy. Lots of corrupt people getting payed. You know in hindsight 20/20 the city of Chicago could be in a better shape financially if they would have said from the beginning we cannot offer you more than what we have in place. If I was mayor I would have said you can come to Chicago no issues. However not one tax cent will be spent on you. If you want social services you can apply like a can in the city of Chicago. But we’re not gonna spend millions. Chicago is heading toward a financial collapse.
