Had a very short but effective workout today. #148 of the year. Cutting is the hardest part for me, especially the last 5–10 lbs of totally resistant belly fat. I'm somewhere around 12–13% body fat in this clip, although I am holding a lot of water weight here from the workout. For stats, my morning height is 70 inches and my morning waist is typically between 33.25 and 33.75". Plan to cut 1.5 inches off the waist and drop my body fat 3–4%. Keep it positive folks.
