Why do many people think this? It's mainly because of the MT Framework not wbing supported on not just the Xbox One, and Series X|S, but also the PS5, which is why it doesn't day PS5, just like the MvC Collection. The PS5 does have the benefit of playing PS4 games.

One aspect of fighting games I've not liked in this day and age is most of them become community fighting games that require you to join a discord group or something. Unless it's something like SF or Tekken, fight game lobbies are always barren. Samsho's situation didn't help when they decided to release on Stadia of all things and when it finally hit other storefronts on pc, it's dead in the water. It's either that or just go fightcade

People keep saying it's on every platform but there is no native PS5 version just like the marvel vs capcom collection, they are both backwards compatible so it is clearly a software issue with whatever framework they are using.

Wait till phil gets steam running on the 2026 handheld forcing Sony to give Xbox all their 1st party games and 4 yrs later Nintendo will be doing the same when Switch 2 flops because of lack of games
