  • That was a great video. I can't wait to watch you fix some more. I always enjoy your videos. Keep them coming.
  • Use a hairdryer to warm up the stickers then you can easily remove the stickers without the white things getting afterwards
  • I like how you explained always everything from scratch, very simple and is kinda arrangements style i love It, i cant wait to see others videos and till the next one.🃏
  • yayy the goat of consoles, the best thing ever, lil daddy ps1.

Some good old compressed air on the button can make it perfect, or you have to clean it in hot water it's plastic so no worries. :) Great video, nice to see another PS saved (i have 5 my self 2 faulty)
  • To clean a controller full of grime of the first owner, I would suggest to put it apart and do a deep clean in hot soapy water overnight, and scrub all the dirt, also from inside the controller case. Then lube things up with some silicone spray, and you get a controller, as good as new.
  • The eject button might be a little bit sticky and when I took apart my PS one I use Windex or awesome spray with the Q-tips and wipe it around the button where it needs to be cleaned out and it’ll be good as new
  • I also want to recommend you to use some kind of silicon grease to prevent buttons sticking
  • Is the dvd drive the mod??!! Lol enjoyed the video

You should have a blanket or something on the wood table when handling the unit. The wood table could make some scratches when you handling the unit.
  • 2:42 The word for that process of the sticker separating into layers is called "De-lamination" or "De-Laminating". A process where previously fused dis-similar materials seperate into their individual material/component sub-sets.
  • Toothbrush on the motherboard omg no man please ^^ Good vid tho :)
  • It's done quite good 👍 I don't know how it's not been shorting on the wire here?😅🤣🤣
  • What modchip is that? I just bought the exact same model this the same modding scheme. Was sold as not working.

Isoprophylic alcohol and a lot of rubbing can fix sticky rubber

You can scrub the circuit board with isopropyl alcohol using a toothbrush. Check out Jan Beta and his retro computer restorations.
