I remember when McLaren did a 2.3 second stop in Germany in 2012 on Button's car and everyone lost their minds at how "fast" it was. The level the pit crews are at now is insane.

Red Bull are always perfect at the pit stops, but in the last 2 years the McLaren boys have really upped their game. Ferrari also have improved massively this year

What's most impressive regarding McLaren, is that they achieved this on the new cars, with 18" wheels, front wheel arch thing and torque monitoring guns. All previous records from Red Bull was with the older car, with none of these restrictions.
