Set off at 1pm Friday and drove to Yorkshire Dales to find a Wild Camp involving one of the scenes from the Harry Potter movies. I found it and enjoyed a beautiful night and a sound sleep there. What spectacular views.
So I camped at Malham Cove and visited Gordale Scar in the morning. Malham Cove not only is famous for Harry Potter movie involvement ( Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows), but also infamous for the amount of folk that decide to end their lives by jumping off the cliff. That is why there are signs involving the Samaritans and a number to call if depressed. On the hike there, there was no signal for the phone, but surprizing is that there is a strong signal around Malham Cove; maybe for good reason.
Verbal Correction in Video: I stated 'Don't get between Rhino and river', when I meant to state 'Hippo and river'!

Mastiles Lane over your left shoulder. Gordale Scar over the right and the ice cream van is at the bottom of the hill 😂

You’re in my neck of the woods Steve, flippin fantastic even if it wasn’t fantastic flipping, the locals pronounce Malham as Ma-lum, never use a letter if your don’t have to round ere! 😅 GS is fantastic, you can actually climb up the side of the waterfall then walk over to Malham Tarn and then back to the cove, the most amazing bit is you look to not have been bothered as normally there is 4 million people near the cove, did you see Janet’s Foss ? If not, make sure you check it out next time your up, great drone footage pal, keep em coming and bravo 👏👏👏👏
