Trust your supplier…as he laughs! 😳

If you’re saving the tree but destroying the food you’ve missed the point

Don't poison food!! This is basic. People that live there should be able to eat from food trees. What is wrong with people.

Remember when: DDT was sprayed over pineapple/sugar cane fields? Only to learn decades later that the chemicals had leached into the water tables? In addition, the pineapple tops were fed to livestock....

The beetles are not killing the trees. They are the cleanup crew. We had this problem in NC with pines and Bradford pear trees. The tree was already diseased before the beetles showed up. Since "aerial spraying" had become prolific, we figured that was the culprit. Also, at the same time, our blueberry trees, about 50 of them, stopped bearing.

this sounds like a terrible idea, just terrible
  • This is ridiculous!!!! They need to stop this now and get a natural solution.

If the point of killing the beetles is saving the coconut crop, why are they contaminating the crop?

I dont kno what 2 do about the beetle problem - but i deffinately see neo-nickatinoids as very negative considering the future.

Sounds about right. Everything they have tried to help the islands.... Have in turn caused harm
  • What. about coconut oil, coconuts from other areas, etc? Why is it so hard to have safe food?
  • @-Red-Beard-
This isn’t about a beetle. This is about control
  • What they’re saying is they’re using a neurotoxin that affects insect nervous systems.
