Living in America, I had forgotten what true journalism and true leadership looks like. Say what you want about Putin, but you can't deny the guy is thoughtful, intelligent, and well-reasoned.

Very professional interview, which makes a welcome change from the often rude and aggressive journalism of other media outlets.

Putin seems very relaxed and open during this interview

i came here thinking i was going to watch a few minutes, but I ended up watching the entire interview -- thanks! Fascinating questions and answers.

Wow. A politician who actually knows what he is talking about. I like his directness and clarity.

Thank you, FT team, for this excellent and very informative interview.

Today's journalism declined to such a low level that you often cannot distinguish it from crude propaganda. Fortunately, this interview is an exception. Professional and mature.
  • These are the most professional interviewers I have ever witnessed in my life.

Anyone here because of the Tucker interview?
  • @EuTuFriska

Wow this is gold !!! Now look back to that disgrace of an interview that megan Kelly did
  • Interesting interview, real journalism is still alive. Such a unique experience to see Putin in this way, interesting indeed
  • One thing I've noticed in Putin is that he always wanted to work together with US, EUROPE but unfortunately the warmongers from these countries never let this happen, the world would be a much better place if we all worked together for the better of humanity 🎉

Financial Times schooling the rest of the British press on how to behave like professional journalists.

Could you imagine to have a talk like this with say Scholz or Macron?
