I'm actually looking into a couple different commercial investments. One is a hospitality venture and one is a hospitality/bar venture that will also be a redevelopement concept that's going to be a rehabing of a neighborhood that desperately needs to be done. Which could very well turn into some new storage units for the community as well

I've invested in vacation rentals over the last few years. With skyrocketing prices and the bandwagon jumping into short term rentals, I'd love to learn more about the least sexy asset class... warehouses. Zig when everyone zags.
  • Storage unit investing is my dreammmmm. Could you link any pods, or YouTube channels for learning purposes?

I just started my journey in CRE and it's difficult it seems. First off, you need a hefty 30% down payment before u can entertain a deal. Is this negotiable at all? It seems pretty cemented. Would love to get others opinion. I am looking into office condos in the Phx market and my wife and I live in SoCal. Primarily doing this to help with taxes and get some write offs. Any advice from credible/seasoned investors? Greatly appreciated!

Should i start with residential first before going commercial or can i go straight into commercial? And one more thing i don't like the idea of putting myself on a lease agreement and like going full cash so here my question,is it bad to go full cash or is leasing the better option for commercial real estate?
  • You might not have a hundred million dollars to invest, but that doesn’t mean your money can’t share in the same opportunities available to others. You work hard for your money; make sure your money works hard for you.
  • I just started got offer a job as comercial real estates broker and looking forward to start finding people that want to invest in their future
