  • That's sick. Why sentence her to 25 years and then release her 4 years later???

Holy fuck, the judge who allowed her release needs to be suspended. She literally was the mastermind behind this whole incident, and look at her sitting in court smiling like a psychopath. Unbelievable. What "justice"?
  • I’m just glad Peyton is okay, has a job, doing good in college, after that horrific event.

Morgan needed help. She had issues but they could have been treated. Anissa took advantage of that....she should not have been released.

Damn when you see her smiling thinking that she will get away with what she's done is pretty disgusting. She's a psychopath. I can't believe they failed to see that she was the one who manipulated Morgan to do the deed. I've watched their interview, she was acting it out because she knows that she could get away if she acts.

My father has been locked up for 19 years for a nonviolent crime. This is not fair
  • @BellaCupcakez
I can’t believe she got released while morgan was clearly manipulated to it
  • I do not think it is ever mentioned how tough the victim was or it was not emphasized enough for me. That girl survived nearly 20 stab wounds. Dragged herself over 20 yards to a road and held on until a bicyclist saved her by calling paramedics and being with her. The sheer fortitude that child possesses is astounding to me. I am a full grown man and I cannot comprehend how she got through that and still lives with it. A truly strong and remarkable person. And a good soul who saw the best in the people around her. Even killers. Just a truly remarkable human being and my heart goes out too her and her family. Tough does not do justice in regards to how actually strong that young girl is.

Attempted murder should carry the same punishment as murder. Just because they failed, doesn't mean they are not as dangerous and as guilty as the murderer who succeeded. Also, someone capable of cold blooded murder is abnormal, so using mental illness as an excuse should not be allowed. Many murderers try to get away with it by using that defense.

I hope Payton stays safe, i would be terrified knowing that monster is out

She is absolutely going to be a threat to society, killers are let out with a slap on the wrist quite often sadly, she displayed classic psychopathy during her interview with police after they were caught, she was a cold shark with no remorse even as a child of 12, that doesn't go away, people just get better at lying and faking the emotions with manipulative behavior and motives, she should be in prison

I wonder if the judge would have done the same to free the person who sinisterly tried to kill his daughter.
  • This pisses me off. She should spend the rest of her sentence in adult jail. Her first victim may be safe. But, what about her next victim or victims? Justice system fails another victim and their family.
  • DISGUSTING. They release the one who was fully conscious of what was about to happen but put the one who just needs therapy and medication for 40 years in jail........ There's no justice. Anissa was taking advantage of Morgan's state of mind. It's obvious. She was SMILING constantly during the interview.
  • @babyblue_22
They keep going on about how "she's not a threat", so let her go. Even IF that's true, it's not just about that. It's also about punishment. She deserves to serve the full sentence as a PUNISHMENT for what she did. How does that stupid judge not see that?? God this really pisses me off.
  • She will still be a threat to the society. Nobody will trust her and people will abandon her because of her past. And she'll begin to hate the society and will carry on her dark side again... I don't know about others but I will never ever go towards a person like that no matter how people claim they are healed now... This judge should adopt her if he trusts her.

This Anissa girl is psychopathic. She said Morgan told her she stabbed Peyton 17 times. The stabbings were counted as 19. I think this Anissa stabbed her 17 times and Morgan stabbed her twice. Who on earth would be counting in a state of psychosis? Anissa pre meditated this and should be out of the Public permanently. Peyton is the victim here and Morgan fell into the arms of a psychopathic so called friend, Anissa. Both girls need to be in treatment and away from the Public. This is a failure of the system, which proves to me, the System likes to put psychopaths on the streets. I have no faith in the system after seeing this!!! Aneesa is the mastermind behind this travesty and why is she free now? Peyton must be petrified knowing Aneesa might just want to finish the deed.
