I have gone through so many YouTube channels but your explanation is so concise. As an experienced product manager I feels you're doing such a wonderful job in educating the Indian audience about Product Management. Keep up the great work 👏
  • This series and channel is amazing guys! Please keep up the good work! :)
  • @reshukajain3047
Brilliantly explained. The rationale behind favourite product is so on point. I just love it :)
  • I also solved the case from my end and here is my solution for ppl reading less than 6 books/year. Introduce reward based weekly emails for the readers How will this help ? We'll provide simple reader's success metrics. What are those metrics ? 1. #no.of mins spent on kindle 2.#no.of books read/ quarter 3.#no.of genres read ---------------------------- This email will also send information regarding what people are currently reading, what are the top 5 books/ genre.. etc. ------------------------- This approach will help remind users to come back to reading, improve their engagement, buy new books and thus improve revenue.
  • @TejasMamidwar
How is this solving for revenue ?? This is more like solving your engagement problem!!
  • @e.w.6470
nice video but the solutions are a bit disconnected from the goal. how do these improvements help the revenue? It would be the same answer if the goal is like say, adoption or engagement. I think if the goal is revenue, better focus on monetization or how to explore additional revenue source.

Vague solutioning and not sure how it is helping with the goal in place and catering to targeted user segment
  • @aravindzmail92
Thanks a lot for the structured approach :) Just not clear on the exclusive content that can be put out for author fan groups that can be both consumed in Kindle and for which users would pay for, as its not exactly an interactive medium. Also do we have to highlight/call out if any of the improvements that we are suggesting adversely affects some other feature of the product? Or do we have to consider these improvements in isolation?
  • Very high level and incomplete. 1. Did not create evaluation criteria for solutions 2. Did not tie back solution to improvement goal of increasing revenue 3. Did not talk about measurement of success
