    Hi Dianna. Thank you for your content. :) Q - Before we go into product improvements shouldn't we first identify well defined user segments for whom we want to improve Yelp? In the example you gave you choose consumers & business as the two segments. I wanted to check if we should have gone into segmenting these further before moving to solutions?

    I really like your videos but I'm having brain fog on how to think of different ways to improve like you did in this example. Would you have any tips on how to think of solutions like you did (i.e. creating elite community, adding upsell options, personalization)? How did you get better at thinking of different solutions?
