Nice video, I'm still struggling with the end of my 7-year relationship. My significant other, who I considered to be the love of my life, left me a month ago, and I can't seem to shake the constant thoughts of her. Despite my efforts to bring him back into my life, nothing has worked, and I feel frustrated and hopeless. I've tried to move on, but my heart still longs for him, and I don't see myself with anyone else. I apologize for sharing this here, but I just can't seem to stop missing him.

Dr. Joe does NOT say that feelings are the only thing that manifests. Frankly, he says the opposite. He says that feelings alone do NOT manifest. You need intention, too. Mind-heart coherence: you need both.

I think it’s healthy that the way to get the person you want is to be the person you want. Be obsessed with yourself love yourself, instead of doing things or crazy manifestation techniques.

I keep a notebook and write all the things my (husband) loves about me, 'All the Things I love about (my name)' and from his point of view. When I think about how he talks about me to other people, it's like Aladdin describing Jasmine to the Genie '..and her smile, hahh..' I'm so deep in my self love and self obsession nothing bothers me anymore, like at all. I'm called to just do what I like, what I enjoy, what brings me pleasure. Meditation still makes me cry sometimes, but I'm It's true, a lot of people seem boring to me because they're not sharing about themselves, and I know I'm a really interesting person so I want other people like that around me.

Great video. I've been working on self concept and I see a change in people towards me. I've loved my SP from day one and I know she loves me so I've been doing #3 and it's not a stretch. I want her so badly heart, mind, and soul and body. With her it all feels right-talking, being close to her and being intimate with her.

Bobbi, you are friggin goals for this just turned 40 year old!! I just discovered your channel a few weeks ago and just been deep diving down the Highbrations rabbit hole.
