Pagcor says Harry Roque is listed as legal head of raided POGO

Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Chairman and CEO Alejandro Tengco says Harry Roque, a Cabinet member of the Duterte administration, liaised for the POGO Lucky South 99 in July 2023, to sort out its financial arrears with PAGCOR worth US$ 500,000. Tengco confirmed that Roque is now the legal head of Lucky South 99, based on its organizational chart.

    As a cabinet recretary, Roque shouldhav not be accepting clients. The position he holds carries the weight of authority and indirectly places pressure on the respondents!

    Senators Hontiveros and Gatchalian should recommend to the DILG and Ombudsman the suspension of Porac Mayor Jaime Capil. This man is very incompetent and lying to his teeth. He does not know what is happening in his municipality. Criminality to peace and order is not addressed against the POGO establishment. Suspension until this case is closed and Capil is cleared.
