Drunk History has covered some of history’s greatest heists, including when William Shakespeare stole an entire theater and when Vincenzo Peruggia took the Mona Lisa from the Louvre.

About Drunk History:
Based on the popular web series, Drunk History is the liquored-up narration of our nation's history. Host Derek Waters, along with an ever-changing cast of actors and comedians, travels across the country to present the rich tales that every city in this land has to offer. Booze helps bring out the truth. It's just that sometimes the truth is a little incoherent.

Mark is probably my favorite narrator strictly for how he is completely smashed, lays down on the ground frequently, yet remains completely coherent! So impressive.

"I've looked at a lot of paintings, but until I looked at the Mona Lisa, no painting ever looked at me." That line I'M YELLING!!!!

I could never drink with Mark, he looks like the kind of guy who'll convince you he's fine and not even drunk and then you turn around and he's blacked out on the floor. XD
  • I like that Johnny Knoxville plays a dude who gets shot 6 times and survives.

The Shakespear one is so on par with something theatre folk would do haha

I swear these are my favorite ways to learn history like this is so much nicer than actually learning it in school
  • The guy who narrated the Mona Lisa skit, when he goes off script and says "I feel like the the magic has been taken out of my soul and put on display" and the host says casually "Well that's what happen when you do television", I just lost it 🤣
  • I love how they made the replica of Mona Lisa so big when in real life it’s so small lol

"I feel like the magic has been taken out of my soul and put on to display", "Well that's what happens when you do television" Funny shit

Both Lincoln's body AND the Mona Lisa were stolen multiple times. Crazy shit.
  • My favorite part of this series is the chemistry between the host and the historians
