    "my employees are my number one asset" such a true statement, probably why a lot of restaurants here in the states can't retain their employees even if they pay them well.

    When I told my dad about opening a restaurant since he told me to be my own boss. He told me about the dark side of owning a restaurant. He told me two people used to have a restaurant and they now closed down for a couple of reasons. 1. They didn't know how to cook. 2. They had 100lbs of beef and 5 employees teamed up and stole it from the owner. 3. Customers try to commit insurance fraud by saying they slipped when they put the water on the floor. 4. the employees tend to walk out
