‪@krishashok‬ has dedicated a lot of his spare time into understanding the science behind the foods we eat, in general as humans, and specifically as Indians. In this interview, he shares mind blowing facts and busts many myths and pseudoscientific ideas that we all have encountered about the food we eat.

This has been one of the most fascinating conversations I've had to date. If you are a foodie, this video is a must-watch!

Actually under the cover, animals also use bio-chemicals to defend themselves or attack their prey. For example, the secretion of adrenalin triggers the fight or flight reaction in humans, which gives the humans/animals a temporary boost in strength and energy to defeat or escape from the predator. Animals like venomous snakes use venom (bio-chemical) to attack its victims and defend itself from its predators. The higher up one goes in the food chain of living things, the more under-the-cover the bio-chemical weapons become.

Excellent interview... 🎉😊❤ In my native place, in the wedding etc ceremony no marking of foods. No non-veg or veg sections. They will be kept nearby without any issues 😊
