Our Throat Chakra (also called “Vishuddha”) is the first of the three spiritual chakras, the energy center within our bodies associated with communication, truth, and self-expression.
When our Throat Chakra is open and in balance, we can express what we think and what we feel. We are able to communicate our ideas, beliefs, and emotions. We can carry our personal truth out into the world. But when our Throat Chakra or Vishuddha is blocked or unbalanced, we often find it hard to express our emotions in a clear and healthy way. We might struggle to verbalize our thoughts or constantly feel ignored or misunderstood by others. We might be or feel shy around others and find it hard to be our authentic self. Therefore, meditating on the Throat Chakra and in the natural frequency it resonates with, will open ourselves and our lives for clearness, authenticity and truth.
The color for the Vishuddha Chakra is blue. For this reason, blue predominates in this video, so that you can also visually tune into your Throat Chakra.
All instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 384Hz, a frequency our Vishuddha or Throat Chakra can resonate with. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 384 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to 384 Hz after completion. I am convinced that, composing 384 Hz Throat Chakra music in its original frequency, will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of this particular Chakra frequency.
