Out of nowhere sounds comes from your walls, or under a sink, or in the bathroom (screeching and squeaking) and you wonder what is going on.
Maybe a rattling sound whenever someone takes a shower...

does thermal expansion alone causes problem in the long run, assuming no other issues in the pipes?

I hear loud "water flow" noise stemming from the main input water shut-off valve, traveling to my washer hose, and water heater, nearest the main valve... however, when the main valve is shut off the water flow noise stops. No leaks in the house... no water hammer (I know that sound). No videos on YT addresses this issue. What say you, sir?

Can a water pump make noise when it is unplugged from the electricity circuit?

Had fog like horn noise after flushing main floor toilet. Switched out the toilet fill valve (sits inside the toilet tank) and the noise went away.
