His brain and body finally learned how to spot and reject the attacking signals originating from the Matrix, through their "plug in" systems. He's basically a server admin now.

I love how Smith shoots Neo without any sort of pause or hesitation. No taunt or monologue. He just fires.

They actually set this scene up so well. Remember: Neo: What are you trying to tell me? That I can dodge bullets? Morpheus: No, Neo. I'm trying to tell you that when you're ready, you won't have to. And then he litteraly doesn't have to dodge the bullets in this scene. Brilliant.

The musical score in this movie is SO freaking underrated. It's literally half the reason this film is so damn good.
