THIS IS THE RC AIRPLANE WE NEEDED! The E-Flite Super Timber 1.7m hits every box on my personal checklist. Easy to see, powerful, wide flight envelope, extremely easy to setup and bring the field, air filled tires... And I haven't even touched any of the settings or control surface throws to make it even more acrobatic. I am LOVING this new version of the iconic RC Plane.

  • Great looking plane. That thing is huge! I love how easy the wings are to put on. Most planes I've had require struts to screw in.

Beautiful flight amazing plane. Like when you show the radio during flight. Thanks for such an informative commentary.

Youve got full battery telemetry with that NX10. Dont even need a timer. Auto configs. Love me some Spektrum tech in a BNF 👍

I honestly feel like Eflite should've released this with them old features 3 yrs ago. Pneumatic tyres have been on the xfly tasman and quick connect wings have been around along time. Many ppl have converted to 6s power years ago on their timbers. Ill probs buy one but my modifed Skynetic Byson will probably out perform it. I do love the yellow tho. Thanks for the review. U seem the most honest youtuber out there 👍🏾
  • That’s an amazing plane! So many incredible features that just make sense! And Pilot Cheyenne is getting them wings bro 🔥🎉
  • @Maninjorts
Awesome vid, might get an rc plane soon because of you, truly an amazing channel!
  • @bgblindt
John at 2 brothersrc has vid with flaps and full wing ailerons. I think!
  • @5_Cent_Duck
thanks for making an early review video on this plane 😄

You can get full span w 6 channel....run your ailerons on a y (1 channel) flaps on 2 channels then rudder on 1 elevator on 1 and throttle on 1 that's 6 channels....then set a mix on a switch to swap from flaps to full span you just can do crow....there's another way to do it with 2 y cables and mixing(it's in the timber x manual how to do it and set it up with programming but putting the ailerons on y cable is easiest way to do it if u ate limited to 6 channels

If you want the full span ailerons, it shows how to do it in the timber x manual. Only requires 6 channel. You can find the manual on their website

Wow this is such a huge upgrade , quick connect wings and composite foam are my favorites. Cheyenne did a great job flying too. I wonder if horizon will sell different wings for different performance to make it like more planes in one.

You might have converted me to an electric flyer. I wing tip stalled my piper cub 1/4 scale nitro in the pond the other day. Fixable crash literally just the wing tip damage and float mounts but that looks awesome for water and floats. I lost my runway so all my planes have been sitting if they don't have floats.
  • @Ramztothaz
It's a tank just like the other smaller Timbers...drops a wing in anything high alpha or slow...especially if you use the biggest recommended battery.

Look's like another winner .for me the easy way to transport a plane to the field. HH (E Flight) just keeps making them better .

If SAFE is set correctly, it’ll put some down trim in the elevator so it’ll glide without stalling. It bounces because they moved the wheels forward to keep it from nosing over. Plus, you can’t land.. 😂
