I have to agree with Kim. The Appalachian mountains are amazingly beautiful. I've traveled to 42 states, Europe, and Canada. Idk maybe it's because the Appalachians just feel like home to me. I'm from Ohio but in less then 100 miles I can be in the ❤️ of those mountains and all their glory. I have to add that I love it when your family has story time. You have a wonderful family. I give credit to Lester for introducing us all to all of your family's channels. Thank you ALL for allowing us to share your lives and animals with us.

Blue Ridge Mts, NC...Blue Ridge Parkway. Beautiful mts, waterfalls. Winter, spring, summer and fall
  • I knew Kim would say Kentucky … yes we have bluegrass but it’s spring. But it’s a bluish green … but fall in Ky and the smoky mountains is the prettiest place on earth. It’s heaven on earth.

I live in Canada and there are so many beautiful places coast to coast but one of my favourite of all times was driving through Vermont in the Fall when the leaves had changed colour. It was spectacular. We are all so lucky to live on this beautiful earth!

I've been waiting for you to get to Minnesota. I would have to say that the boundary waters are some of the most beautiful land I've seen. Ice fishing can be terrifying. Cause you'll be out in the fish house and you'll hear the ice cracking....but that's just the water making more ice. It's still scary as heck. Minnesota has lots of beautiful places. We have iron ore mines and underground caves with rivers and bodies of water. Moose, white tail deer, bear, Eagles, loons, hummingbirds. Just to name a few. I remember as a kid we had a snow storm. The snow was up to the roofs on the garage and single story homes. It was crazy. We can get to -40° with a wind chill of -30. With winds reaching 60 mph. We have mosquitoes so big that you could put a saddle on them and ride in the summer. Northern Minnesota is just miles and miles of forests. We also have just as many swamps as we do lakes. Love walking through the woods and finding hidden springs. We are also famous for Paul Bunyan and babe the blue ox.
  • Born and raised in Vermont. It’s called the green mountain state for a reason. Simply beautiful!

Born in MN ad will die in MN,lol. If you ever get the time to do a long visit, try driving the waterfall circuit, maps are available. It will bring you in a large sorta circular trip to see each beautiful waterfall. It is amazing. MN has more than 10,000 lakes actually, they just didn't bother naming them all. Where I live we have 3 lakes that are walking/biking distance, and too many to list within 1/2 hour drive. If you do get to visit, I recommend mid June or late September/early October when the weather is amazing and the leaves are changing color. The views are seriously beautiful. I am loving your states cooking series so much.

When Bri mentioned Pioneer Women Drummond Ranch, fun fact the United State pays them for the wild horses to run free and the horses are protected ,the government owns the horses. And the Drummonds see over there care. Great Video.

Utah mountains are pretty, too! Blue Ridge Mts take my breath away. Sunrise on the Grand Titons was gorgeous! Starting across the Mojave desert on a Harley with a full moon on the rise I’ll never forget. The Muir Woods, across the Golden Gate, the Redwood trees made me feel like a little girl in a majestic magical forest!

The north rim of the Grand Canyon is beautiful, where the canyon starts! ❤❤❤
  • I love gooseberries. My brother and sister in law lived in Minneapolis/St Paul and I visited there and we walked the beginning of the MISSISSIPPI RIVER. It is a beautiful area

You know, even Kansas can be beautiful, I loved the sunflower fields, they all bow their head's in the evening!! The beef there is delicious!! Beauty in everything, when you want to see it. In California, I loved the Sequoias and Yosemite, streams, fishing, peace. Although heard now it can be crowded at times. Stayed in a tent a lot of times, woke up to snow in the morning!! Have cabins too, so many places, right?!!!
